Senior Strategy and Performance Officer

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Strategy and Performance Officer to develop plans for innovative projects across the business.
In this role you will:
  • Manage the coordination of the organisation's non-financial performance indicators for the Service Delivery Statements, including the management of client surveys and performance data.
  • Work in collaboration to develop, implement and maintain performance measures, analysis, reporting frameworks and strategies, including data dictionaries, to support the organisation's reporting commitments and strategic direction.
  • Prepare and contribute to the creation of timely and well researched submissions, policy papers, briefs and notes on complex issues contributing to key Queensland and Commonwealth trade and investment strategies.
  • Deliver and interpret key data/insights and intelligence to enable organisational decision-making, including research and analyse of emerging issues and trends relevant to trade and investment policies and initiatives.
  • Lead the coordination and quality control of  briefs for the annual Estimates process and Ministerial Council meetings relating to Trade and Investment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business units, the host agency, and other state/federal government stakeholders to maintain reporting obligations or respond to other operational objectives.
  • Ensure activities adhere to the relevant legislative and organisational guidelines and procedures, including data library and/or record keeping requirements.
