Senior/Automated Test Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Automated Test Analyst to play a key role in developing, maintaining and enhancing automated testing frameworks across a suite of modern applications.  This is a hands-on technical testing role where your work directly contributes to the quality and reliability of systems built on contemporary platforms — including Appian, .NET, Angular, and Java — within a high-performing Agile delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber and Java.
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts across multiple platforms.
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery practices.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance and API testing using modern tools (e.g. Postman, JMeter).
  • Analyse test data, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts and business representatives to drive high-quality releases.
  • Share testing best practices and mentor team members to uplift capability across the team.
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in automated testing within complex environments.
  • Proficiency in Selenium / Cucumber / Java with strong coding and scripting ability.
  • Experience testing across diverse platforms such as AWS, Azure and Appian.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins) and version control practices.
  • Experience in API and performance testing using Postman and JMeter.
  • Strong documentation, communication and teamwork skills.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification highly regarded.
  • A collaborative, analytical mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
