A leading not‑for‑profit organisation is seeking a skilled Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Specialist to join their collaborative team.
You’ll work alongside a CRM/Reporting Specialist and a Senior Systems Analyst who collaborate closely on data and application‑related initiatives. The team blends professionalism with a friendly, down‑to‑earth culture.


About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on role supporting the organisation’s Microsoft 365 environment with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, permissions and security, Power Platform, and general M365 administration.

You’ll be the go‑to person for SharePoint security, troubleshooting complex issues, making recommendations on improvements, and ensuring best‑practice governance. You’ll also support business users by resolving tickets, providing customer‑focused assistance, and helping teams optimise their M365 use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver BAU support and senior‑level troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
  • Administer SharePoint sites, permissions and governance
  • Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools
  • Work closely with the Data Warehouse specialist and broader IT team on cross‑functional projects
  • Provide recommendations to the Information Management Manager
  • Manage and resolve service tickets in a timely, customer‑centric manner
  • Engage with stakeholders to build strong, productive relationships
  • Support security, compliance, and documentation standards
About You
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Strong in communication, both with technical peers and end users
  • Confident in senior‑level SharePoint expertise, especially permissions & security
  • Experienced across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Customer‑focused, approachable, and relationship‑oriented
  • Outstanding in time management, reliability, and punctuality
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team
  • Able to travel to local sites when required
  • A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) is essential.
