About the Role
Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to deliver and support a range of ICT projects across a large modernisation Program of work.
As the ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be the conduit between business and technical teams, leading and supporting work to administer and develop the ServiceNow platform. This includes the design and implementation of both out-of-the box and custom solutions to meet business needs.

As the ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be the conduit between business and technical teams, leading and supporting work to administer and develop the ServiceNow platform. This includes the design and implementation of both out-of-the box and custom solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of proposed ServiceNow solutions and leading the development including setting priorities, allocating work, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Developing and maintaining development plans and user stories to ensure milestones are delivered are on time, within budget and are of a high quality.
- Performing coding (JavaScript) and configuration (Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules) on the ServiceNow platform.
- In partnership with clients and other stakeholders, applying strategic and systems expertise to design, develop, test, and implement solutions (i.e. integrations, customisations and/or enhancements).
- Liaising with technical teams and business area staff to facilitate the rapid resolution of issues and/or faults within fielded ServiceNow applications and modules, and those still under development.
- Proven hands-on ServiceNow technical lead experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and acting as the conduit between business and technical teams within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow functionality such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal widgets and configurable workspaces.
- Minimum Baseline Security clearance.
