Our client is a prominent Australian brand in the global financial services industry, known for its strong commitment to risk management grounded in stable and robust principles. They are currently seeking a Senior Risk Business Analyst to join their team as part of a new policy and program initiative. Models, calculation and uplift.

Duties:

• Collect and document requirements, converting them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks and issues, developing strategies in line with the established risk framework and assessments.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gain insights into the current environment.
• Ensure alignment of business operations and risk management practices with frameworks, policies, standards, risk strategy, and regulatory obligations.
• Conduct stress testing.

About You:

• You are a Senior Business Analyst with experience in risk projects within the financial sector.
• You possess a strong understanding of prudential risk language and governance standards.
• You have experience in designing, building, and implementing risk and compliance frameworks.
• Experience enhancing operational resilience and implementing operational risk management standards in an APRA-regulated organisation is highly desirable.
• You have hands-on experience with process modeling.
