As the Temporary Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process across all levels of our clients business, including corporate and core regional assets.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of roles, primarily focused on permanent positions, with a strong emphasis on professional, technical, and trades positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles, including mining and geotechnical engineers, mechanical fitters, electricians, and superintendent-level positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates, conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process.
- Work closely with HR to manage candidate background checks and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and explore talent acquisition channels.
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of the mining industry and its unique recruitment challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders.
- Proven resilience and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
