- $74.54 p/hour + super – highly attractive hourly rate
- Modern Brisbane CBD offices with extraordinary views!
- Commencing ASAP until 01/06/2025, with potential extension
- Conduct high-level research, interpretation, analysis and review of regulatory and policy issues pertaining to program development/delivery activities.
- Prepare program material including technical reports, regulatory instruments, briefing material, media and communications, presentations, publications and correspondence.
- Undertake the development and implementation of program monitoring, analysis, evaluation and reporting to substantiate effective and efficient program governance and appropriate outcomes.
- Identify program risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation measures to effectively manage these and use sound judgement to escalate as appropriate.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, tailoring messages to suit a variety of audiences.
- Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels to support the design and delivery of programs. This may include delivery partners, government agencies, stakeholder groups and members of the public.
Required experience:
- Previous experience within policy, program management or strategy is essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced program/project environment
- Ability to write detailed briefs and submissions
- Energy experience desirable, however not necessary
- Problem solving skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Work with this leading Queensland State Government department, taking carriage of energy programs
- Attractive hourly rate + 11.5% super
- Central Brisbane city location and easy to get to
- Long-term contract until 01/06/2025!
