Troocoo - Senior Program Officers (AO6) x 3 - Energy Program
Troocoo are proudly partnering with this large QLD Government Department to recruit 3 x Senior Program Officers (AO6). These are exciting opportunities to work on leading programs to support Queensland's brighter and more sustainable future.

• AO6 contractor rate: $71.67 to $76.53 p/hour + super 
• Brisbane CBD location
• Commencing 03/06/24 to 25/10/24 - potential extension

Your new role: 

• Develop and implement programs and initiatives through engaging with stakeholders and delivery partners, administering partnerships and delivery agreements/contracts
• Conduct high-level research, interpretation, analysis and review of regulatory and policy issues pertaining to program development/delivery activities.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical reports, submissions, briefing notes, regulatory instruments, communications and promotional materials, presentations, speeches, publications and correspondence.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of program monitoring, evaluation and reporting to substantiate effective and efficient program governance and appropriate outcomes.
• Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of programs. This may include delivery organisations, government agencies, internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Identify program risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation measures to effectively manage these.

About you:

• Previous Government experience is highly regarded
• Experience within policy and project/program management is essential
• Ability to interpret and produce quality technical reports
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to engage with complex internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure service delivery
