Troocoo is exclusively partnered with a growing energy company based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist who will manage the ICT and Corporate Services spend across the group.

The Position

The Senior Procurement Specialist plays a key role in delivering source-to-contract procurement processes for CS Energy’s corporate services and ICT categories, ensuring value for money and risk outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage and lead strategic planning and tactical delivery of contracts for the corporate office and multi-site agreements.
  • Deliver tactical procurement of IT services, including hardware, software and services.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive mutual success.
  • Conduct end-to-end tenders and lead complex contract and commercial negotiations to appoint suppliers.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and regulations, and that risks are mitigated and managed effectively.
  • Achieve measurable cost savings through effective procurement strategies and supplier negotiations.
  • Oversee contract performance and strategic relationship management activities to deliver safe, effective, and efficient outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering end to end source to contract procurement activities.
  • Indirect category exposure, preferably across corporate services and ICT spend.
  • Experience working across the resources sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work within a procurement function going through a transformation/maturity uplift.
  • Passionate about delivering successful outcomes for stakeholders

Applicants with tertiary education and further training in the procurement field, such as CIPS, will be held in high regard, but previous demonstrable experience is the priority.
