You’ll work on complex planning matters, provide expert advice, and collaborate with stakeholders to help bring major development projects to life.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert strategic and statutory land use planning advice
- Assess and analyse complex development applications and planning matters
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams, industry stakeholders, and government partners
- Support stakeholder engagement and negotiation processes
- Contribute to planning policy advice and legislative interpretation
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in land use planning and relevant legislation/policy
- Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
