Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead payroll process enhancements and ensure compliance by delivering data-driven insights and system improvements.
- Analyse and document current payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead end-to-end payroll system and process improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation
- Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements, modern awards, and payroll legislation
- Develop process maps, user guides, and supporting documentation
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance payroll performance and compliance
- Strong experience in payroll systems and process analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI to support data analysis, reporting, and performance insights.
- Deep understanding of EA interpretation and payroll compliance
- Proven ability to lead improvement and automation projects
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
