About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth running of several service centres. You will be the go-to person who keeps things moving behind the scenes so that frontline teams can focus on delivering outstanding client support.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:
  • Manage the daily operations of multiple service centres
  • Ensure facilities are welcoming, clean, safe, and fully compliant
  • Oversee office administration, including reception and supply management
  • Lead and support a small tea,m including mentoring and identifying training needs
  • Work with program managers to allocate space and resources as needed
  • Refine operational processes and help shape best practices across locations
  • Coordinate onboarding for internal and external staff using the centre
  • Act as a key liaison between teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Travel between service centres as required to ensure consistent service delivery
About You:
You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on structure and organisation. You bring a collaborative approach to leadership and know how to keep a busy environment running smoothly.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A background in facilities or operations management, including safety compliance
  • Leadership experience with the ability to support and guide a small team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Previous experience in a community or health organisation is highly valued
Hours and Location:
This role is full time, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, based in Stafford.  An excellent opportunity to work for a truly unique and wonderful NFP!
