Troocoo is partnering with a prominent national business to recruit an experienced Senior Manager – Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow major accounts in the insurance space, focusing on one of the company's largest clients in the travel industry.

Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Manager – Partnerships will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth and success of a key client in the travel sector. This role oversees sales performance, contract management, service levels, and relationship management. Acting as the central point of communication, you will ensure effective collaboration and deliver on critical priorities that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and execute partnership strategies, turning them into actionable plans that align with the business's financial, operational, and customer objectives.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to drive the success of major partnerships. Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
• Financial & Resource Management:
  Manage budgeting and resource allocation to meet financial objectives while optimizing service delivery.
• Governance & Compliance:
  Implement strong governance and risk management frameworks to ensure contract compliance, data protection, and service quality.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with a focus on driving performance, growth, and commercial success.
• Program Management:
  Oversee the launch and evolution of key initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and partners to achieve impactful results.
• Audit & Risk Management:
  Manage audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, proactively addressing risks to mitigate complaints and breaches.
