About the Role

As a Senior Leader, Data Practices, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of data-driven initiatives. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and data technologies will ensure that high-quality solutions are implemented efficiently, meeting business needs while maintaining security, compliance, and performance standards.

This is a leadership position requiring strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will manage and allocate resources effectively, optimize workflows, and proactively address potential risks that could impact delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of data solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee and allocate resources efficiently, balancing team workloads to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical leads and business stakeholders, to streamline project execution.
• Develop and continuously improve delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to data management and security standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Foster a high-performance culture by guiding and supporting data professionals, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 10+ years of experience in project and delivery management, ideally in a data-related environment.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of data technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, data migration, and analytics tools.
• A solid understanding of data governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is highly desirable.
