About the role:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) is a true hands on generalist position working across the full HR functional suite through all stages of the employee lifecycle and the moments that matter. As a Fund built on the heritage of three legacy Funds, the HR Team are still strengthening the foundations of our function and launching the Brighter Super Way.
  
As one of our two SHRBP’s you will be allocated your key stakeholder group who you will partner with and provide high quality, strategically aligned support and coaching to continuously develop the leadership strengths and capabilities of our leaders.
  
As an SHRBP you will role model our Values of Trust, Integrity and Partnership, will demonstrate initiative and a commitment to excellence, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to think conceptually as well as practically and be able to deliver on the key deliverables within the yearly HR Business Plan.
  
The Person:
  
To be considered for the role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree focused on human resources, business, or a related field. Additionally, they should have 6-8+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partnering role.
  
Candidates should demonstrate highly developed commercial acumen and sound, pragmatic decision-making skills. They must show accountability for key areas of responsibility and have proven experience in supporting and coordinating a portfolio of HR generalist activities. Experience in generating, presenting, and implementing new innovative ideas, as well as continuously improving current practices, is essential. Experience working within a highly regulated and structured governance framework environment where you have  demonstrated a considered approach to managing risk will assist to enable your success.
  
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are vital. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of contemporary HR principles and practices and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all human resources and business information. They should also demonstrate the ability to interpret industrial relation awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation, including WH&S, equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and other relevant Acts.
  
The ideal candidate has a track record of building trusted relationships and rapport at all levels of an organisation, is highly pragmatic, and demonstrates sound judgement. And above all, is a fabulous human who loves to have fun while making a positive difference across the full suite of HR deliverables.
