About the role
In this Senior HR Business Partner role you will form an integral part of the greater people team, as you provide strategic and operational advice across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the ELT and other leaders within your client group, you will identify and implement functional People and Culture initiatives in line with the greater business’ strategic objectives. These initiatives and projects will include talent management, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, leadership development and engagement.

About the role

Day to day you will:
- Act in a generalist capacity and be responsible for all People matters including Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Workplace Health and Safety, Remuneration and Benefits and Organisational Design.
- Provide advice and strategies to drive high performing teams, ensuring alignment with the values and core behaviours of the business.
- Interpret and apply a range of Industrial Instruments including the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreement, Work Health & Safety Legislation, and related organisational frameworks.

You will also have:
- Experience as a generalist Human Resources professional with commercial approach to people matters.
- Strong working knowledge of all human resources disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management and employment law.
- High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, writing and communication skills.
- The desire to continuously achieve and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
