They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the head office team and play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across the business.

About the Role 

The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager and wider People & Culture team, providing advice across the full employee lifecycle with a particular focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations. This role would suit someone who is confident advising managers, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable navigating award interpretation, policy, and best practice HR frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and practical HR advice to leaders and employees across the organisation.
  • Support and guide managers through performance management, conduct issues, grievances, and workplace investigations.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policy, procedures, and industrial instruments.
  • Prepare and review HR documentation including letters, reports, investigation notes and outcomes.
  • Assist with workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, and general HR operations.
  • Contribute to people-focused projects aimed at improving culture, capability, and engagement.
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer position.
  • Demonstrated background supporting ER/IR activities, including performance management and case management.
  • Solid understanding of awards, Fair Work Act, and contemporary Australian HR practice.
  • Confident communicator who can build trust and rapport with leaders and frontline staff.
  • Strong organisation and documentation skills, with a calm, professional approach.
