Troocoo are partnering with a well-regarded business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support leaders across a complex, operational workforce. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your impact, partner closely with senior leaders, and mentor and support HR team members as the function continues to mature.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering commercially sound and pragmatic HR solutions while helping build capability across the broader HR team.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support
• Lead and manage complex ER/IR matters with confidence
• Support workforce planning, organisational change, and performance frameworks
• Contribute to HR initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and culture
• Mentor and coach HR team members, supporting capability uplift and consistency
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and agreements

About You

• Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role
• Background in manufacturing, construction, mining, or operational environments (highly regarded)
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Confident influencing at all levels with a collaborative leadership style
