About The Role:

Reporting to the Head of People Experience, this is a great opportunity for a HR generalist of 3-4 years who thrives in an operational and dynamic working environment. This position will give the successor an opportunity to lead a small team whilst also operating across the employee lifecycle. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with multiple senior stakeholders and assist in the fostering and delivery of the organisations continuous improvement plans. This organisation is on a growth trajectory and is eager for a passionate and enthusiastic HR practitioner to go on this journey with them. 

About The Organisation:

Our client is a growing national organisation owned by an ASX-listed parent company. They are known for their friendly and sociable environment (including annual awards, social events and internal social media platform, etc.). 

Key Responsibilities:   

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will:
  • Report to the Head of People Experience and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a small team, fostering their growth and development (as well as your own).
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated HR matters, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (desired).
  • 3-4 years of progressive HR experience in generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
