You’ll coordinate governance processes, oversee compliance with statutory obligations, and manage critical documentation and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and quality-assure Board and sub-committee papers, agendas, and minutes
- Provide direct support to the Company Secretary and Head of Risk & Assurance
- Manage Board communication, scheduling, and records through board portal systems (e.g. Diligent)
- Maintain governance frameworks, registers, and compliance obligations
- Contribute to broader governance initiatives including policy reviews, contractor governance, and business continuity planning
- Demonstrated experience supporting Board operations and Company Secretarial functions
- Strong knowledge of governance principles and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with executive leadership and Directors
- Experience using board management software
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information
