About the Role

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess cost structures, operational efficiency, and budget performance.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to understand cost drivers and provide actionable insights for cost control and optimisation.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Act as a key advisor to various departments, providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a background in audit or consulting highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling. Proficiency in financial software, PowerBI and Excel is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a passion for making a positive impact.
