About the role

 You'll be a vital part of the Financial Operations team, responsible for managing essential financial activities and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your role encompasses:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Generating accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyzing financial data for trends and recommendations.
• Assisting in budget development and monitoring.
• Managing general ledger accounts and ensuring compliance.
• Overseeing trust accounts and coordinating audits.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Establishing and maintaining internal financial controls.
• Providing guidance to junior staff and participating in special projects.

About you

• Qualified accountant with 5-10 years of experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Deep understanding of key accounting concepts.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
