About the role
You'll be a vital part of the Financial Operations team, responsible for managing essential financial activities and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your role encompasses:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Generating accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyzing financial data for trends and recommendations.
- Assisting in budget development and monitoring.
- Managing general ledger accounts and ensuring compliance.
- Overseeing trust accounts and coordinating audits.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Establishing and maintaining internal financial controls.
- Providing guidance to junior staff and participating in special projects.
- Qualified accountant with 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of key accounting concepts.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
