  • Supporting consultation processes related to organisational change, workforce transitions and project delivery
  • Managing interactions with unions and external stakeholders as required
  • Identifying people-related risk and partnering with leaders to mitigate exposure across operational environments
  • Contributing to industrial strategy, bargaining preparation and compliance activities
  • Supporting leaders with day-to-day HR matters across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining strong operational insight through regular engagement with sites and project teams
  • Producing insights, reporting and recommendations to support informed decision-making
About You
You are a confident, commercially minded HR professional who is comfortable operating in environments where risk, safety and compliance are critical.
You will bring:
  • Proven experience in ER/IR-heavy HR roles
  • Exposure to resources, mining, construction or similarly industrial sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of Fair Work legislation and industrial frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in complex, operational settings
  • Excellent judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a related discipline is highly regarded.
The Environment
You’ll be joining a well-established HR function supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce across Western Australia. The broader people team includes specialist capability across advisory, talent acquisition, learning, remuneration and HR systems, providing strong internal support and collaboration.
