Senior DevOps Engineers, this is one for you!
Troocoo has partnered with a market leader in the banking and finance sector, to find a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their DevOps & Automation team.
With 10+ years experience in IT across application support, cloud engineering, systems administration and technical delivery, this role will afford you the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and work closely with senior business stakeholders across BAU and project requirements.
To be successful in this role, the Senior DevOps Engineer will have:
- Extensive experience in Cloud native technologies such as (s3, ec2, route53, codecommit, code pipelines etc)
- Experience with containerisation, including container management platforms, such as Openshift or Fargate.
- History of supporting public facing critical systems servicing customers – Ideally digital and payments platforms
- Experience with automation of build and deployment processes and orchestration using scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, groovy, scepte)
- Comfortable in a mixed operating system environment – Windows / Linux (Redhat)
- Strong understanding of the CI/CD pipeline and its uses in large scale environments
- Solid understanding of all areas of technology including infrastructure, networking, storage, integration, security, applications, and software development
- Good insight of Risk identification, Risk mitigation and management
- Attractive salary package of $165,000 - $175,000 + bonus
