About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced collections professional with strong skip-tracing expertise to join the team in a senior capacity.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex accounts, identifying effective strategies to locate and engage with customers, and ensuring matters are progressed appropriately.
You will also act as a conduit between the collections floor and the external legal partner, ensuring seamless communication and that cases requiring escalation are managed efficiently. The focus of this position is on advanced collections and skip tracing, with the ability to support external legal processes as required.

- Conducting advanced skip tracing to locate and engage customers.
- Managing complex accounts through to resolution.
- Supporting the legal collections process by liaising with external partners.
- Acting as a point of escalation and support for the broader collections team.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Proven experience in collections, with a strong background in skip tracing.
- Exposure to legal collections processes, with the ability to liaise confidently with legal partners.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
