Our client is a highly regarded Australian financial services organisation with their corporate head office based in Brisbane. An exciting opportunity for a Change Manager has become available to work across the transformation portfolio and work with the business to support them through this significant period of change.

About the Role
Working with the business across their transformation portfolio a successful candidate will be required to:
  • Develop the change strategy for the portfolio.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to support them through change management activities.
  • Lead the enhancement of change management at the business, including shaping and building frameworks, and developing change management strategies and plans.
  • Assessing and reporting on change management needs across the organisation.

Required Experience:
  • Significant experience in organisational change, including managing multiple projects within a portfolio.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prior experience in financial services or consulting is highly desirable.
  • Change management certifications or qualifications are a plus.
