Troocoo Government are on the search for an experienced Senior Business Process Specialist! This is an agency contract position that will join a key State Statutory Authority for an initial 1-month (intention to extend for a further 9-12 months) based on the fringe of Brisbane. This opportunity will look to bring the perfect candidate on board ASAP and offer an attractive daily rate of $1200 per day.

The Role
The Senior Business Process Specialist will be a critical piece in uplifting current business processes and designing an enterprise-wide Business Process Architecture. You will be required (however not limited) to:

• Work with the Program Manager to develop a strategy and plan to ensure processes achieve scale and that the right maturity and capabilities are in place.
• Coach Managers to sustain and embed scaling disciplines in their respective processes and functions and build awareness and capability.
• Facilitate scaling and awareness training and workshops.
• Drive delivery of process transformation for all processes, including achieving that transformation through coaching of business, providing delivery services supporting a discrete number of the highest impact continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving process excellence.
• Lead the relevant BPE ‘in-business’ team, including scaling disciplines embedded, planning, mentoring of staff, process performance management, supervising in-team process work, etc.
• Influence the organisation to support the plan through change management and influencing skills. 
• Provide leadership and management support to the Program Manager.

Essential Requirements
To succeed as the Senior Business Process Specialist, you would bring the following:

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferably Black Belt or equivalent).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience working within a matrix structure.
• Understanding and ability to develop end-end customer maps, develop functional competencies and utilise ARIS and BPMN2.0 modelling.
• ITIL V3 knowledge or certification.
