Senior Business Analyst

Troocoo have partnered with a leading Australian Brisbane based organisation to assist with finding an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team.
About the role:
This role sits within the IT Project Delivery Office (PDO) which comprises of a number of large / complex programs and a range of other initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
• Elicit document and maintain business requirements documentation, requirements traceability artefacts and test cases.
• Perform analysis of business processes and systems.
• Document current and target state processes and systems.
• Support transformational, BAU and technology delivery activities.
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units and stakeholders to develop then required analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
• Have proven experience as a Business Analyst working in a complex corporate environment.
• Extensive experience with data visualisation (essential).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile framework.
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills including an ability to address any issue in collaboration with others.
• Experience with project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, DevSecOps, Visio, Power BI.
