We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager who can share their expertise taking over current projects across multiple platforms.
The role:
The objective of the Senior Business Analyst (Loyalty and Marketing) role is to help to identify and define business problems and opportunities via in-depth investigation, gathering, documenting technical and non-technical information, including current processes.
You'll be responsible for documenting detailed business requirements, mapping current and future state processes, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business requirements. Liaise between the IT and business process aspects of the operation, bridging the gap between IT and the broader parts of the business across loyalty and marketing.
The successful candidate:
You will be proficient in eliciting requirements from stakeholders across large and complex projects to ensure end to end requirements are captured. Conduct process mapping and or modelling activities and ensure project deliverables meet key deadlines and requirements. You will provide direct leadership to the Business Analyst team, including contractors as you work on multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.

- Demonstrated skills as a Business Analyst working on large and complex projects, ideally in eCommerce and revenue management systems.
- Salesforce systems experience (beneficial).
- Proven leadership/mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to self-manage and meet key deadlines, as well as multi-task.
- In-depth experience in process re-engineering techniques and modelling.
- Knowledge of and understanding of Project Management and Enterprise of Project Management and Architecture framework.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Technology
