Salary is dependent on experience and ranges between $120,000 and $160,000 + super. All levels of candidate are encouraged to apply as there will be, in time, multiple opening within this project tea=m. Initially an 18-month fixed term contract is available. The role:
This is a newly created position within a high-profile part of the business leading a pivotal transformation programme. As a senior BA the role holder will be responsible for:
- Driving technical stakeholder requirements solicitation across the Oracle ERP program to ensure end to end requirements are captured and documented.
- Identify process improvement through evaluation of data.
- Conduct process mapping / modelling activities for projects
- Work with the SI, Integration Lead, technical teams (internal and external), other project BA’s and business SMEs to elicit and document system integration requirements (including technical specifications), ensuring end to end processes are considered and quality, fit for purpose solutions are delivered.
- Work with SI, Data Migration Lead, technical teams (internal and external), other project BA’s and business SMEs to ensure extraction and migration of data from legacy system meets requirements and is accurate. Assist with identification of data cleansing solutions.
- Ensure on time completion of IT BA project deliverables for own deliverables as well as team deliverables.
- Take ownership of project issues and drive to resolution.
- Estimation of BA effort on project.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of precise delivery plans for project.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of the project.
The successful candidate
- Relevant degree qualifications or equivalent experience
- 10+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Proven experience across the whole project lifecycle from initiation to go-live
- Proven experience in analysing and documenting user requirements and processes as well as providing consulting services to testing and development teams through project delivery
- Experience with integrations and data migration on large complex projects.
- Proven leadership experience on large and complex projects
- Experience liaising with development and test teams
- Previous experience of Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Procurement) implementations.
