Scrum Master
Job description
The role of the Scrum Master is to lead a Scrum team using the Agile/Scrum framework to achieve high velocity output of quality deliverables that maximise value for the digital business. The role will work in partnership with the Product Owners.
The Scrum Master will lead daily stand-up meetings and take responsibility for sprint planning, showcases, retrospectives and other Agile related activities. Other key activities will be assisting the team to prioritise and maintain the product backlog whilst also facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution within the team and stakeholders external to the Scrum team.
Key Experience:

Key Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience as an Agile PM or Scrum Master
- Strong Agile experience and an advocate for Agile methodologies
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence for agile development
- Very strong understanding of digital/web and mobile development
- Agile / Scrum Qualified
- Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- A sound understanding of the application delivery, maintenance and support lifecycle
- Ability to re-prioritise quickly at short notice to accommodate priority change
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities
- Creative, innovative, proactive and convincing in terms of finding solutions
- Business oriented, positive, resilient, full of stamina with a clear focus on results
- Working in a continuous DevOps environment
- Experience working in an environment with a high workload and competing priorities
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer experience (CX) first environment
