Energybuild are committed to sustainable energy solutions and seek a dedicated Scheduler to play a pivotal role in their journey of growth. This will be a full time permanent position based in Darra QLD.
Position Overview: As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating daily jobs and workflows for Energybuild solar installation projects. This role demands high organisation, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. You will collaborate closely with our Operations and Construction teams to ensure seamless scheduling of Energybuild Installer Crews aligned with project objectives and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and booking of installations and quotes
- Verify job completions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Confirm installer check-ins and manage daily schedules effectively.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with installers, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and job requirements.
- Update job statuses promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and distribute necessary documentation and schedules.
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling or coordination
- Experience working with large CRM
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Full-time position based in Darra QLD.
