The Rostering Officer will be responsible for providing scheduling support for the day-to-day operational management for all sites.
Shifts on Offer: 6am to 2pm and 11am to 7pm.
In this role you can expect to be the:
- Direct point of contact for employees in relation to roster management.
- Manage rostering for sites and individual client supports, shift swaps and any other roster changes daily.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with staff and stakeholders.
- Respond to and appropriately manage employee queries in regard to their rosters.
- Previous rostering experience - highly valued.
- Experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills (including UKG).
- A blue & yellow card.
