As Australia’s biggest online booking platform for moving house and likewise considered ‘the new home of moving’, this dynamic organisation is looking for warm, enthusiastic and KPI focused Sales Specialists to join their rapidly scaling team. Working in a high detail, fast-paced and performance dictated environment, this role offers a generous salary and lucrative incentive package. Thus, offering uncapped incentives, it is time you leverage your sales expertise to reap the rewards! Please note that all applicants must be able to work in the newly renovated Fortitude Valley Office.

You will be working in a high activity, high detail, and high-performance environment. A base salary, with uncapped commissions and a large existing database is on offer in this role. This is an opportunity that will challenge your multi-tasking and customer service skills on a daily basis and through great results will provide opportunities for growth into the future.

About the role:
  • Own your own sales pipeline, from initial inbound enquiry (through various channels), follow up to conversion
  • Have a high volume of communication with customers (SMS, phone calls and various channels)
  • Promote services to customers in order to make sales targets
  • Provide support and assistance to customers through their move
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and colleagues 
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Interact with all internal and external stakeholders with professionalism at all times
  • Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value
  • Annual salary package 55,000 - 75,000 AUD with uncapped incentives (top performers earn anywhere from 80,000 – 90,000+ depending on performance)
