Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver on revenue and growth targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing retail customers and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Create and roll out sales strategies aligned with broader business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and adjust tactics to drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, operations, and finance.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety and regulatory standards.
- Champion continuous improvement across sales and customer engagement processes.
- You’re a proven sales leader with a background in FMCG, fresh produce, or independent retail.
- You have the ability to build trust with customers, develop people, and uncover new commercial opportunities sets you apart. You have a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for sustainability that aligns with the company’s purpose-driven approach.
