This pivotal role will drive sales and marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the Regional Director and use data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and customer outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Sales and Revenue Management: Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve financial targets and improve performance. Monitor sales metrics and report to global leaders. Develop pricing models and identify new product opportunities.
- Business Strategy: Create actionable business plans using sales data. Identify new business opportunities and clients, ensuring a focused and targeted approach.
- Effective Communication: Maintain strong relationships within the business and with external stakeholders. Guide the sales team to align work goals with the overall business strategy.
- Leadership: Lead with passion, fostering a positive team environment. Manage team activities, resolve issues, and promote the company’s values.
- Experience: 10-15 years in sales within industrial, construction, automotive, material handling, or related industries.
- Track Record: Proven success in complex business environments with large product SKUs and national/global footprints. Experience managing remote teams.
- Skills: Strong communicator with proven leadership and team management abilities. Expertise in budgeting, cost management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Traits: Leadership and coaching skills, effective written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and influencing abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, good judgment, decision-making skills, self-motivated, and ambition.
