We’re partnering with a premium provider of residential rehabilitation and mental health programs to find an Intake Sales Consultant who can make a real difference. In this high-value, consultative sales role, you’ll guide clients through a structured discovery process, helping them navigate life-changing decisions while managing a dynamic and rewarding sales pipeline.

About the role:
  • Lead meaningful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and motivations.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and proactively re-engage dormant leads.
  • Guide clients through every step of their journey, from enquiry to program commitment.
  • Present premium programs with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline metrics on point.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Drive conversions while meeting measurable performance goals.
About you:
  • Experienced in high-value or consultative sales with a proven track record.
  • Confident managing KPIs and sales pipeline metrics.
  • Skilled at navigating sensitive, emotionally nuanced conversations.
  • Resilient, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or finance.
