- Lead meaningful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and motivations.
- Manage inbound enquiries and proactively re-engage dormant leads.
- Guide clients through every step of their journey, from enquiry to program commitment.
- Present premium programs with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline metrics on point.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Drive conversions while meeting measurable performance goals.
- Experienced in high-value or consultative sales with a proven track record.
- Confident managing KPIs and sales pipeline metrics.
- Skilled at navigating sensitive, emotionally nuanced conversations.
- Resilient, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or finance.
