The opportunity:
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities through a mix of warm inbound enquiries, referrals, local networking, and community engagement.
- Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle requirements, land position, budget, and long-term goals.
- Recommend tailored home solutions and guide customers through the end-to-end sales process with confidence and care.
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline through CRM systems while maintaining accurate reporting and KPI tracking.
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to contribute to growth initiatives and market success.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, design options, and emerging industry trends.
- Ideally 2-6 years of experience within New Home Builder Sales.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales outcomes.
- Strong consultative selling capability with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Confidence discussing design concepts, building processes, and tailored housing solutions.
- Highly organised with experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to support customers through a considered and often lengthy decision-making process.
- Must have experience within new home build environment.
- $130,000 - $140,000 base + uncapped commission + company Ute + fuel card + tools of trade.
