Sales Consultant

Troocoo are partnering with a well-established, family-owned Queensland home builder with more than three decades of success delivering premium custom and modular homes. 

This is an opportunity for a driven Sales Consultant to do more than sell homes. You’ll partner with clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, helping bring their vision to life while delivering a seamless and personalised customer journey.

The opportunity:
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities through a mix of warm inbound enquiries, referrals, local networking, and community engagement.
  • Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle requirements, land position, budget, and long-term goals.
  • Recommend tailored home solutions and guide customers through the end-to-end sales process with confidence and care.
  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline through CRM systems while maintaining accurate reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to contribute to growth initiatives and market success.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings, design options, and emerging industry trends.
What we’re looking for:
  • Ideally 2-6 years of experience within New Home Builder Sales.
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales outcomes.
  • Strong consultative selling capability with a genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence discussing design concepts, building processes, and tailored housing solutions.
  • Highly organised with experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to support customers through a considered and often lengthy decision-making process.
  • Must have experience within new home build environment.
