We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team. This is more than just a sales role, it’s about guiding clients through one of the most significant investments of their lives, delivering tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Actively generate and convert new business opportunities through inbound warm leads, referrals, networks, and community engagement.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ goals, lifestyle needs, land status, and budget.
- Present tailored design solutions and close sales efficiently while ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM, track KPIs, and manage your sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive strategy and achieve business growth.
- Stay informed on product offerings, design capabilities, and industry trends.
- 2–3 years’ experience in residential construction sales, real estate, or builder sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative, client-focused approach with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Confidence discussing home designs, construction processes, and customisation options.
- Strong organisation, time management, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Emotional intelligence, patience, and understanding of the high-stakes, long-cycle nature of home building.
- Building or design knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
