Sales & Design Consultant

Opportunity

Our client is an industry leading company within the design sector. They’re a progressive and compassionate company that values true honesty, integrity, and authenticity. 
  
This vital role will see you retain and grow current end-user account revenues while identifying sector trends and produce strategies + increasing opportunities. This role is highly autonomous and to succeed you must have a strategic focus on sales. 
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Development, growth, and ongoing maintenance of the existing End User client base to ensure their expectations & needs are met; and business opportunities optimised.
  • Grow your knowledge of those End User clients in terms of their business priorities, business focus, growth pathways and build loyalty through relationship activities to create strong advocacy and loyalty.
  • Grow depth and breadth of current relationships and number of relationships with contacts in current accounts and build upon those to create greater loyalty and stickiness within those End User clients.
  • Ensure you are abreast of End User client industry sector trends to identify growth industries
Successful Candidate
  • Proven track record in sales and overachieving targets 
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant sales experience and account management experience
  • Exposure to the A&D community 
  • Demonstrates a sound and in depth understanding and use of Consultative sales planning process / approach
  • Intermediate digital literacy (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms)
