As a Sales Administrator, you’ll support our outside sales reps by handling a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks. You’ll be a key player in keeping sales processes efficient, accurate, and aligned with our company’s high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting sales reps with calls, emails, and e-commerce orders
- Booking and following up on appointments
- Accurately entering and processing sales orders using Salesforce
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and updating customer records
- Tagging orders with appropriate discounts and marketing campaigns
- Taking overflow sales calls and supporting showroom or trade show events
- Representing the company professionally at all times, both internally and externally
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales administration or similar support role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator—both written and verbal
- Professional, friendly phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, and general computer use
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit
- Willingness to occasionally travel to trade shows and work weekend events if required
