What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting our sales team by taking care of important behind-the-scenes admin and customer service tasks, helping everything run like clockwork. Tasks include:
  • Helping sales reps with emails, calls, and online orders
  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Entering and processing orders accurately
  • Creating quotes and invoices
  • Keeping customer records up to date
  • Tagging orders with special offers or discounts
  • Taking incoming calls and assisting at events or trade shows
What We’re Looking For
  • Around 1–2 years of admin, retail, or customer service experience
  • Friendly, confident communicator (on the phone and in writing)
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle a few tasks at once and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, Excel, and general computer use
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential—training provided!
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Open to occasionally helping out at trade shows (some weekends may be required)
