About the Role.
As a Risk Control Analyst, your role is imperative and acts as the first line of defence for the company. Your role will be to form strong working relationships with different divisions to help manage as well as build on the current system, enhancing processes and managing risks.
Your key responsibilities:
- Maintain systems and reporting integration and accuracy.
- Create and foster a strong 1st Line Assurance for Products.
- Improve internal risk controls, detection and response capabilities across Product.
- Partner with the Quality Assurance Function and the change delivery teams to map, test and improve the control environment.
- Stay updated on changes in industry regulations.
- Implement process and system improvements.
- Assist with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- You will build positive working relationships with people in your team and throughout the organisation.
- Have a proven capability to prioritise and operate effectively.
- Advanced Excel.
- Ability to establish measurable audit methods for risk and compliance.
- Prior experience working with a CRM is highly desirable.
