Thus, we have multiple positions available for the role of Revenue Officer.
As a Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for resolving enquiries from levy payers and provide a range of services. This role will assist with preparation and processing of project finalisation requests to capture variances between the cost of work originally notified and the cost of work once the project has concluded.

- Processing and finalising levy revenue and project data.
- Reconciling project costs and updating general ledger.
- Advising stakeholders on services and policies.
- Interpreting and applying legislation and procedures.
- Communicating professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Supporting daily administrative tasks and team needs.
- Reporting and addressing compliance issues.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements.
- Managing and maintaining customer information accurately.
