With a wide-reaching retail network that directly funds critical community programs, the organisation plays a vital role in shaping a more just, compassionate society.

As they continue to evolve and grow their marketing function, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will lead the development and delivery of state-wide retail marketing initiatives aligned to organisational strategy and values.

About the Role:
The Retail Marketing Manager will take ownership of the strategy, project management, and tactical execution of retail campaigns across a diverse network of stores.

You’ll collaborate closely with both retail operations and marketing teams to translate business objectives into high-impact campaigns, driving customer engagement, enhancing brand presence, and supporting revenue goals that directly contribute to the organisation’s mission.

This is an influential and rewarding role that combines commercial marketing acumen with purpose-led work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual retail marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across retail, operations, and fundraising to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with defined KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track performance metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Guide the internal retail marketing committee to ensure best practice and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on brand.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and support broader communications objectives.

About You:
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, preferably in retail.
  • Experience localising broader marketing campaigns.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Alignment with values such as compassion, respect, integrity, and social impact.

Why this role?:
  • Join a purpose-driven organisation with deep community impact across Queensland.
  • Play a leading role in shaping state-wide marketing campaigns that fund essential services.
  • Be part of a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports professional growth.
  • Fixed term opportunity with the potential to build long-term connections and experience within the NFP sector.
