This role is responsible for leading all aspects of residential aged care operations - from care governance and resident experience to financial performance, compliance, and workforce management.

This role is responsible for leading all aspects of residential aged care operations - from care governance and resident experience to financial performance, compliance, and workforce management.
The Role:
- Oversee daily operations of the residential service.
- Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
- Drive resident satisfaction and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
- Manage budgets, billing, procurement, and occupancy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum 2+ years in Residential Service Management
- Registered Nurse AHPRA registration (Required)
- NDIS Workers Check (Required)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in care governance, compliance, and financial management.
- Excellent communication and a passion for person-centred care
