This role is responsible for leading all aspects of residential aged care operations - from care governance and resident experience to financial performance, compliance, and workforce management.

The Role:

• Oversee daily operations of the residential service.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
• Drive resident satisfaction and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Manage budgets, billing, procurement, and occupancy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks.

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years in Residential Service Management
• Registered Nurse AHPRA registration (Required)
• NDIS Workers Check (Required)
• Full Working Rights in Australia
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in care governance, compliance, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and a passion for person-centred care
