Residential Service Manager

Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading aged care provider to recruit an experienced Residential Service Manager.
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of residential aged care operations - from care governance and resident experience to financial performance, compliance, and workforce management.

The Role:
  • Oversee daily operations of the residential service.
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Drive resident satisfaction and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Manage budgets, billing, procurement, and occupancy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks.
About You:
  • 5+ years’ management experience in aged care (including 2+ years in residential service management).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven experience in care governance, compliance, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable; RN registration (AHPRA) desirable but not essential.
