About the Role:
As the Residential Sales Consultant, you'll be the vital link between prospective clients and their ideal home. This isn't just about selling; it's about understanding aspirations, overcoming challenges, and creating a seamless, positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and convert new business opportunities through inbound leads, networks, and community engagement.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients goals, land status, and lifestyle needs.
- Qualify leads and present tailored design and budget solutions.
- Close deals efficiently, delivering an exceptional client experience throughout.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team on strategy and deal coaching.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on the product range, design capabilities, and market trends.
- 2–3 years' experience in proactive sales, ideally in residential construction, real estate, builder sales or similar.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confident, clear communicator with strong emotional intelligence and people skills.
- Consultative sales style with the ability to tailor solutions based on individual client needs.
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable discussing home designs, construction concepts, and customisation options.
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Building or design knowledge is advantageous but not essential
