About the Role: As Residential Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations of a residential aged care facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, staff leadership, and operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to leader, fostering a positive culture for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the facility.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently.
• Manage compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
• Oversee staff performance, engagement, and development.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Full working rights in Australia (NO Sponsorship Visa)
• Proven experience in managing a facility.
• Strong understanding of aged care accreditation standards and clinical governance.
• Ability to commit to scheduled block bookings with flexibility as required.
