About the Opportunity:
As the Remuneration and Reward Manager you will be responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive reward, recognition, remuneration incentives, and benefit programs that align with overall the business strategy. This organisation is on a transformative journey from a HR and Remuneration perspective. In this role you will be responsible for; 
  • Establishing and executing remuneration frameworks and job architecture, encompassing job evaluation, maintenance of job maps, remuneration data, salary surveys, and audits.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders on cyclical remuneration review processes
  • Support the Executive Remuneration strategy, working closely with the Remuneration and Performance committee. 
  • Orchestrating the annual remuneration review, involving data preparation, calculations, executive remuneration, system maintenance, and board reporting.
  • Developing and executing pay equity and retention strategies.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for Remuneration and Reward, providing guidance to the entire HR and wider business on remuneration matters.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of current trends and legislation that applies to the Renumeration and Reward portfolio. 
About You:
  • Extensive expertise and experience in remuneration and reward.
  • Profound technical understanding of reward systems in medium to large global organisations.
  • External awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and legislation related to remuneration and superannuation.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating remuneration and incentive structures, particularly at an executive level. 
  • A pragmatic work approach.
  • Excellent partnering skills and confidence in discussing remuneration approaches with internal stakeholders.
