Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Plans & Clinical Support

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-regarded aged care provider to engage an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term contract. This role will focus on strengthening care planning, improving clinical documentation, and supporting audit readiness across services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, update, and complete all outstanding client care plans
  • Work closely with care teams to ensure care plans are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Support the implementation of clinical improvements identified during audit preparation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and care partners to ensure care planning aligns with quality standards
  • Provide clinical guidance to ensure best practice in care delivery is reflected in care plans

About You
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care
  • Strong understanding of care planning and aged care standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment
